De Cristo Concrete Accessories, Inc. has used the services of Megabyte Computers since 1995. They installed
our file server that year and the hardware was designed and built so well that it was functioning flawlessly in
December 2004 when it was replaced. We decided to replace the file server only as a precaution because we had
expanded our company from one to four locations and wanted to take advantage of newer hardware technology. Megabyte
also handles the day to day maintenance of all computer hardware both in California and out of state. This function
was performed in-house by a full time IT employee. We were able to save over $40,000 a year by outsourcing these
duties and the service from Megabyte is superior.
They are truly responsive to our company’s needs. We recently had a PC at a remote location fail and Megabyte had a
replacement loaded with all required software and working e-mail on site within 2 working days of informing them of
the problem. We called them on a Thursday and the new fully functional computer arrived the following Monday.

We have been doing business with Megabyte Computers since 1999. When we upgraded our business software, the technical
support team at Megabyte Computers built us a server, dropped cables and set us up on a network. We were so pleased
with the quality of the product and service; we have continued to use them for all of our computer and networking needs.
When we needed new workstations, we called Megabyte and he had all of our workstations built per our needs.
We continue to use Megabyte Computer for any computer repair that is needed and they do monthly maintenance service on
